My Story @ Lowell Hays Construction

Welcome to our blog! For the past several years, we’ve kept our customers and partners up to speed on our work with our active Instagram page (link). We’ll continue to manage that page, but starting today, our Blog will be a new way to learn more about our work.

My name is Lowell Hays, and I’ve been building custom homes - both new construction and remodels - for over 20 years, in the greater Memphis and Nashville areas. My team specializes in the unique creative challenges of custom new construction. We believe strongly in using the latest technology and green-building techniques.

I developed this approach to high-quality craftsmanship from growing up in my family’s multi-generational jewelry business. But the most important lesson I learned there was that when making a major life purchase - and investment - having a trusted guide is so important. Being that trusted guide is the ethos of our work, and I bring that mentality to the relationships I build with all of my custom home clients, whether that’s building your dream home or renovating your forever-home.
